Once the opportunity to add value to your business has been established, the project planning is done, in terms of actions and objectives, together with the stakeholders in your organisation. In the execution Value Management AB can either take on full responsibility as the program manager or support and coach your interal program manager. Assuming the role of the program manager Value Management recommends to allocate an internal resource to second the program manager in order to secure value for the long term.
